GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Network Engagement and the Lead Investigators (Co-PIs) or designee the Hospital and Clinic Negotiator will be responsible for providing direct outreach to local community hospitals medical practices medical professionals and medical community organizations in order to enroll participants in a clinical study. The Hospital and Clinic Negotiator will introduce the clinical study to medical professionals and administrators will provide assistance for study protocol conduct acting as a liaison between field staff and study investigators and will follow-up with institutional review boards and community sites to ensure adherence to study protocol standards throughout life cycle of the study.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current registration by the Board of Registration in Nursing for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and 3 years of clinical research coordination experience, with relevant experience in coordinating multi-site/center projects, including experience with research data management.
OR
BS degree in Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field and 4 years of clinical research coordination experience, with relevant experience in coordinating multi-site/center projects, including experience with research data management.
Familiarity with development of IRB applications and compliance to federal regulations for Human Subject Protections preferred
Must be able to work flexible work schedule
Ability to travel to off- site locations.
