SENIOR RESEARCH COORDINATOR, REGISTERED NURSE
Radiation Oncology
Job ID 2010-1942

Responsibilities include:
* Assisting the RUMC investigator maintain strict adherence to the protocol and serving as a protocol expert

* Functioning as the primary nurse for the study population, ensuring complete and accurate sample/data collection and documentation

* Assisting with the RUMC investigator report adverse events and, when applicable, submit IRB application(s) and processing

* Assist with recruiting subjects, commencing study initiation, staff training and quality control

* Cross-training and conducting coverage analyses of studies.


Requirements:
* Registered nurse with Illinois license

* Previous experience with clinical trials, including detailed knowledge of federal regulations related to the IRB and clinical research, and HIPAA

* Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office, and database experience

* BSN and Clinical Research Coordinator certification preferred
