As Supervisor of Study Managers you will lead a team delivering the fast turn around of complete, accurate, and often customized documents and providing pro-active, on-going communication with customers across the US on the status of their project work.
Analytical skills are essential as you develop and oversee procedures and data sensitive document delivery. Your ability to address unique service issues with pragmatic problem solving skills and sensitivity to customer impact will be important to your success.
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in leadership and supervision. 3-5 years of experience is required in areas of customer service preferably in a regulated industry such as healthcare, research, financial or legal services.

Compensation is DOE with a comprehensive benefit package. This position is a non-exempt, full time position.
