We have an opening for a Supervisor_Participant Safety & Recruitment that is responsible for providing tactical leadership and direction on participant recruitment and participant safety issues and procedures. This position is responsible for developing and managing staff and addressing any operational or performance barriers to delivering service.

Analytical skills are essential as you develop and oversee procedures and data sensitive document delivery. Your ability to resolve complex operational or compliance issues pertaining to participant safety, site closures, participant inquiries, and recruitment/participant study materials will be important to your success.
You will possess 3-5 years of experience in areas of customer service, administrative support, and project management in a regulated industry, such as, healthcare, research, financial or legal services, and 3+ years of experience of supervision of a team.
