 Supervisor, Site Administration -- Seattle, WA

We have an opening for a Supervisor_Site Administration that is responsible for leading and providing tactical direction to an administrative team during the swing shift hours of operation.

Quorum Review is an accredited independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) and a leader in the industry for our services in overseeing research participant safety. We have a strong sense of accountability in how we work and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

Analytical skills are essential as you develop and oversee procedures and data sensitive document delivery. Your ability to oversee and provide quality assurance processes of your team’s throughput will be important to your success.

You will possess 3-5 years of experience in areas of customer service, administrative support, and project management in a regulated industry, such as, healthcare, research, financial or legal services, and 3+ years of experience of supervision of a team.

Quorum’s workplace is focused on achieving high standards for our customers and patients who are participating in drug research trials. We offer a casual office environment, open door policy, and strong mentorship from existing staff and management.

Starting compensation is DOE with a comprehensive benefit package. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The work schedule is from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday.
