 IRB Coordinator -- Milwaukee, WI

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare has an immediate opening for an IRB Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI .

The Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare IRB reviews research conducted in WFH hospitals and clinics in Southeastern Wisconsin and Iowa . The IRB Coordinator provides support for the day-to-day operations of the IRB . These activities include providing regulatory guidance and submission assistance to investigators, coordinating the meeting and review process, screening applications, conducting expedited reviews, maintaining database and filing system, preparing meeting minutes, and generating correspondence on behalf of the IRB. This position reports to the IRB Director.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of equivalent experience. Applicants should be familiar with regulatory oversight processes and have experience working with IRBs, or have a combination of experience sufficient to analyze, understand, and interpret complex policies and federal regulations governing human subjects research. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
