Conflict of Interest Program Coordinator
This position will be responsible for the leadership and management of
the conflict of interest disclosure process. This individual will be
responsible for the development and maintenance of a program to manage
all aspects of the conflict of interest disclosure process and for
maintaining records that document the decisions of the Conflict of
Interest Committee(s) in compliance with federal, state and local
regulations and requirements. This individual will be responsible for
the development and maintenance of educational materials delivered as
mandatory requirements or on an as needed basis. This individual will
provide reports to the Committee(s) and to federal agencies as required.
Requires Master's degree or equivalent, plus two years of work-related
experience with research administration. Proficiency with Microsoft
Office preferred. Must possess and demonstrate effective administrative
and technical skills, be able to exercise a wide range of independent
judgment and discretion, maintain confidentiality, have excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, and have demonstrated ability to
work independently. Experience with grants management and negotiation
and regulatory compliance processes is helpful.
