We are currently hiring for the Compliance Manager position for the Lakeside campuses of Loyola University Chicago.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for planning and directing the implementation of federal regulations and ethical guidelines governing the conduct of social/behavioral and natural science research and ensuring Loyola’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing research. Implementation of regulations requires collaborating with the chairpersons of the following compliance committees: Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), Biosafety Committee and the Radiation Safety Committee (RSC). Secondary responsibilities include assisting the Campus Safety Officer with the administration of the Laboratory Safety Committee (LSC).
The primary responsibility for the compliance manager is in direct oversight of behavioral/social science human subjects research.
